While we’ve unearthed a semi-plethora of possible screenings of our Beloved Bat Pussy from “back in the day” (14 to be exact), there actually are modern, present day screenings still happening from time to time as well!
In fact there was one just this week at the Kan-Kan Cinema and Restaurant in Indianapolis, IN, and a presentation of The Walter Paisley Movie House. Dylan Roahrig was the mastermind (Evil Genius) behind the screening, and they even got Lisa Petrucci from SWV to dial in via the Zoom for a pre-show introduction!
And word is the place was packed, and they didn’t have single walk-out. This might be the first time in history either claim can be made of a BP screening! Congrats to Dylan and the whole group for pulling this off.
