Today’s edition of Fifty on Fridays we go back to New York City on December 4, 1970, which was a rather warm (for December in NY) 50 F, so I would bet the Christmas shopping was in full swing, and the tired and frustrated husbands might be sneaking away from an hours long marathon spree in Macy’s, up a few blocks to Times Square, to check out PURE PLEASURE at the Eros 1 or maybe THE POSTGRADUATE at the Cameo Art on 44th Street. VINTAGE LONDON SOHO
While riffling through another box in one of the storage rooms at the Capri Show World Center we ran across a copy of Probe #2, what appeared to be a BDSM mag put out by Eros Goldstripe in 1972, but what caught our eye was the “London: Kinky City of Night” advertised on the cover….
